Discharge Planning Provider Training

Arkansas Total Care provides a discharge planning provider training that delivers a comprehensive overview of the discharge planning process. This is an annual training that is offered to every provider and is available 24/7 on the Provider Training Page. After completion of the training, providers will then need to complete the Attestation Form.

• Register for the course.
• Receive course link and attend the training.
