Training Attestation

Arkansas Total Care provides several self-led provider trainings. This is an annual training that is offered to every provider and is available 24/7 on the Provider Training Page. After completion of the training, providers will then need to complete the Attestation Form.

If you are required to complete the Cultural Competency Attestation for multiple individuals, please note that you can streamline the process by downloading the templated Excel file. Once filled, please email it to the quality team at Quality.com@CENTENE.com. This efficient method ensures that all necessary information is captured accurately and promptly.
