If you need to renew your eligibility you should have received a notification from the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) and/or Arkansas Total Care.
If you are eligible, you can continue your coverage with Arkansas Total Care. If you are no longer eligible for Medicaid, you can explore other coverage options.
If you need to renew your eligibility or are unsure of your eligibility status, contact DHS at 1-844-872-2660. You can complete your renewal by completing and returning the renewal packet to your local DHS office or by going online to access.arkansas.gov.
